Visha is the Founder and CMO of the independent consulting business – I Wish I Did That. She
was formerly Director of Business Marketing, EMEA at Pinterest, where she led marketing
Pinterest for business audiences across Europe, driving its positioning and awareness across
the region. Before that, she worked at Google and Thinkbox leading marketing initiatives. In
2015 Visha co-founded the FUTURES Network, she also launched Pinterest’s EMEA chapter of
Women@ and then became the Exec Sponsor for the global group. She was awarded BIMA
100’s Champion for Change in 2021 and Best Marketing Leader at the 2022 Global Women In
Marketing Awards. Visha is a board committee member for Soho House and a Development
Advisory Board Member for Somerset house.
As a storyteller, Visha is also the Host and Creator of the “Behind the face of success’ podcast
series. A show that boldly defies the glossy veneer of social media, delving deep into the untold
(and often messy) stories behind success.
