Viktoriia Gladchenko has considerable experience carrying out government public awareness campaigns on such issues as subsidies, energy efficiency, and pension and land reforms.
Developed the communication strategy of the State Agency for e-Governance, now the Ministry of Digital Transformation. Participated in promoting a series of government e-services.
Has worked in political marketing for a decade, providing consultations in strategic and marketing issues, and developing election campaigns at various levels. Specializes in brand promotion, and in developing and implementing advertising and PR campaigns.
Completed a BA in political science at the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy and a Master’s degree at Shevchenko National University in Kyiv. Studied marketing at the International Institute of Management Business School in Kyiv.
