Romain Roux 

Head of Creative Planning Havas Paris 

One of the founders of CPS (the French equivalent of the Account Planning Group in the UK), Romain Roux, has been serving as the Head of Creative Planning at Havas Paris since 2019. 

Under his leadership, Havas Paris has achieved significant milestones, securing new business opportunities and gaining international recognition through award-winning campaigns with KFC. Romain’s work for KFC has earned him a Gold French Effie, a Gold European Effie and several Cannes Lions. Notably, his campaign for KFC Origins received global acclaim, earning the title of the “Most Effective Campaign in the World” by Kantar. He has also won a Gold Effie for Sustained success for his work for French bank Credit Mutuel. 

Before joining Havas Paris, Romain co-founded and served as the Chief Strategy Officer at Romance, a creative agency based in Paris and a part of the Omnicom Group. During his four-year tenure at Romance, Romain garnered several international awards, including Cannes Lions, D&ADs, Clios, and the Effie Grand Prix, for his outstanding work on behalf of Intermarché. 

Romain’s career began at TBWA\Paris in the year 2000, during a period when the agency was nominated as the “Best Agency of the Year at Cannes” for four consecutive years. In 2005, he established Titanium Entertainment, the pioneering brand content agency in France. Later, he joined McCann, where he gained extensive international experience, leading global projects for Nespresso. Subsequently, he moved to DDB Paris, where he collaborated with Alexander Kalchev, resulting in the creation of award-winning campaigns. 

Throughout his career, Romain has had the privilege of working within both global networks and creative hotshops. His true passion lies in crafting meaningful and creative ideas for brands.
