Richard Nall has a BA (Hons) Business with Marketing from the University of Sunderland and an MA in Organisational Leadership from Henley Business School. A highly experienced CPG marketer, he has managed leading brands in the UK and internationally over a 30 career. Starting out at Fonterra, his career has taken him to blue chip consumer goods companies such as United Biscuits, Pfizer, Kerry Foods and Essity, helping teams deliver over one billion dollars of growth through a relentless focus on consumer insight and marketing effectiveness.
Richard believes passionately that trustful, challenging client/agency relationships deliver the creative power that fuels transformational growth. Most recently, Richard has founded The Brand Garden to deliver three inter-related disciplines: (1) business, brand and innovation strategy and execution, (2) leadership and team development, and (3) business performance improvement, the underlying philosophy of which is that clients will only grow their businesses through unlocking the potential of their people.
Richard is married with three children, three hens, two ducks and a dog… and still believes, despite years of evidence to the contrary, that he will play field hockey properly one day.
