Rafał Drzewiecki is an executive manager with over 15 years of experience in leading regional and global media and digital companies. As the Country Manager for TikTok CEE, he is responsible for establishing and enhancing TikTok’s presence in several Central European markets by executing a comprehensive marketing and sales strategy. He collaborates with top global and local brands, emphasizing creativity and effectiveness.
Previously, Rafał served as the Performance and Digital Marketing Director at Ringier Axel Springer, where he was responsible for brand management and the transformation of renowned brands such as Business Insider, Newsweek, and Forbes. Prior to this role, he held several managerial positions at the Onet Group, one of Poland’s largest and oldest digital media groups. During his tenure, he created, transformed, and localized both regional and global brands. He specializes in fostering growth-oriented cultures, building and leading teams, and aligning these teams with the company’s strategic objectives and business goals.
Rafał holds an Executive MBA from the Warsaw School of Economics and a diploma in brand strategy. He is an experienced juror for numerous marketing and creative industry contests, including local editions of the Effie Awards
