Monika Farkašová

Monika works as a Senior Strategist at TRIAD, one of the top and most effective agencies in Czechia and Slovakia. She skyrocketed her career early by winning a global gold at the Young Lions Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity and holds a women’s record of four consecutive regional wins. 

Prior to her current role, she spent a little less than a decade building her experience in major advertising cities such as New York, Milan, Prague, and Bratislava. Her experience spans various industries, including FMCG, Telco, Finance, and Nonprofit, in multicultural environments and markets. In recent years, she has had the opportunity to work on major global brands like Tesco V4, Heineken, Orange, and O2, with multiple campaigns awarded across the globe. 

In addition to her professional achievements, Monika is the founder of In_visible, an initiative dedicated to highlighting female talent across the creative industries in Slovakia and Czechia.
