Lauren Mcilroy is a Global Strategy Director at TBWA Neboko. With over ten years of strategy experience, she’s worked across many disciplines and in multiple markets including New York, London, and now Amsterdam.
She’s spent her time in strategy building some of the biggest brands in the world including adidas, Philips, and Dove. Some of her most recent work includes work that is designed to make a difference, notably on women’s campaigns.
Lauren leads with curiosity and enjoys finding tensions that help brands create change in the world. She believes that creative is most effective when it moves people. Her recent work for adidas is testament to this.
