Strategist with 20 years of experience. A graduate of the Institute of Sociology at Jagiellonian University in Krakow. Before joining Publicis, she developed her competencies at Young & Rubicam.
She has extensive experience in successfully shaping communication strategies for major local and global brands, including BNP Paribas, Prudential, AXA, Nestle, Winiary, Maggi, Nescafe, NO-SPA, MagneB6, Essentiale, Just Plants, and Möller’s.
Has won numerous industry awards, including 20 Effie statuettes and local prizes such as KTR, Innovation, Mixx Awards, Kreatura, and Golden Arrow.
She has served twice as a juror for Effie Poland and various local creative competitions. She willingly shares her knowledge at industry conferences such as IAB FORUM.
She is interested in the evolution of communications targeted at women and purpose-driven marketing. She passionately follows new trends and changing cultural patterns while working on successive editions of the Publicis TrendLab report.
Enthusiastic about the customer-centered approach, she is most excited about work where real human insights make brands matter in people’s lives.
