Ilaria Traverso

After a Master in Advertising Communication at the University Carlos III of Madrid, my journey in the industry started in a vibrant Spanish agency known as El Baúl de las Piqué. There, I had the opportunity of working in the beauty sector for clients like Givenchy, KENZO and Benefit. Simultaneously, I was volunteering as the president of the Erasmus Student Network at the Autonomous University of Madrid, leading a committed team of over 30 volunteers. 

After Madrid, my career path led me to Germany, where I joined INNOCEAN, one of the top creative agencies in Europe. For over three years I have been consulting the marketing and brand experience team of Hyundai Motor Europe, working on 360 campaigns and leading audience research projects. At the same time, I started teaching at Miami Ad School Europe training future advertisers on creative strategy and strategic thinking.
