Dickon has been working in emerging technology for 10 years, supporting brands with their digital transformation and the strategies to integrate new technologies into their CX to deliver maximum impact while managing the inherent risks around innovation investment.
Dickon is also the AI transformation lead for Ogilvy across the EMEA region, with a focus on AI enablement and literacy within the organisation and consultancy on AI adoption for clients.
A background in product design and active member of the AI Task Force at the European Association of Communications Agencies (EACA), Dickon has extensive experience across CPG, sport, professional services and travel.
