Bairbre has recently joined TBWA\Ireland as a Creative Director. Prior to that she worked as a Creative Director with BBDO Dublin and as Creative Lead and Art Director with Boys + Girls in Dublin for over 12 years. She has won many local and international creative and effectiveness awards for a wide range of clients.
Bairbre is currently a member of the executive board of ICAD (Institute of Creativity, Advertising and Design) and is heavily involved in improving and running the ICAD Upstarts Mentoring programme. She is particularly passionate about helping young creatives in the industry. She also served as a member of the Design Skillsnet Steering Group and has spoken on panels with OFFSET, IAPI & ICAD. In 2019 Bairbre was named as one of The Pitch 100 Superwomen working in the creative industry, and in 2021 she was one of the recipients of the IAPI Female Futures Fund bursary.
