Appointed in 2016, Diana has unified the company behind “the instinct of now” vision, a transformation agenda to evolve the organization’s culture and business operations by maximizing relevancy through technology, data & all opportunities of today.

Diana has a 20-year experience in marketing & communication industry, taking different roles in marketing research, branding & advertising companies.

Her relationship with the Effies is a long & fruitful one: under her management, Leo Burnett Romania reached the 2nd position in Europe & 11th globally in the Effie Global Index. She has also been a juror in the local and global Effie competitions over the years and is looking forward to this year’s challenge in the Best of Europe Jury.
