In the past ten years Malou Buné has been working at McDonald’s in the Netherlands. Her responsibilities have been across all parts of the business, starting with managing McDonald’s Family Business and piloting new ways of GenZ-marketing.
Soon Malou started overseeing Brand Affinity platforms such as the Summer platform and the award winning December Gift Calendar, integrating creative, digital and media strategy into coherent succesfull campaigns. Next to that, Malou developed several corporate Brand Impact campaigns, building the trust of the brand.
After working as Marketing Media Manager, Malou stepped into her current role as Marketing Manager Digital, leading a team that is responsible for the total digital customer experience of the brand, including the McDonald’s App, digital programs for CRM, Loyalty and Gaming), the owned digital channels (instore as well as website and email), and all digital media and campaigns.
