I started my career at Initiative, where I rose through the ranks from assistant to manager while working for Unilever. Then I moved to PHD, where I built the agency’s largest client team from scratch for a newly acquired client. My next role was to build and manage a regional structure for Johnson&Johnson client service. And then I took over the role of Managing Director of the OMD agency. For over 12 years, I successfully managed one of the leading agencies in Poland, significantly expanding its client portfolio and winning several dozen awards in industry competitions with my team, including the Effie Grand Prix. For a year at EssenceMediacom, I have been responsible for New Business and external and internal communication strategy.
I have been involved in the development of the advertising industry in Poland for over 20 years. Juror in the most important industry competitions: Cannes Media Lions, Effie Awards, Young Creatives, Innovation, Mixx Awards (IAB), member of the Effie Awards Poland and Innovation Committee, member of the Educational Council of SAR (Association of Advertising Agencies) , lectures at the business school – Marketing Project Management.
