Claudia Karagiannis is a Senior Insights and Analytics Manager at Innocean Europe in Frankfurt, Germany. In this role, she consults clients on how to solve their business questions through research & data and crafts research results into actionable insights and recommendations.
She started her career in marketing, coordinating marketing & visual merchandising activities on a European level. Her responsibilities expanded to pan-European research studies, which subsequently led her to a master’s degree in consumer psychology. Hereby, she solidified her knowledge in consumer decision making, evidence-based marketing, advertising effectiveness and research methods. Throughout her career she has worked for international brands and organizations across industries spanning from FMCG to telecommunications, luxury and automotive.
Claudia also holds a bachelor’s degree in international business and languages. Additionally, to her interest in advertising effectiveness, Claudia is keen to promote data literacy.
