Barbara Valtolina started her career in DDB Communication in 2006 where she concluded her first year in the account department. She left the agency to move to London for a 1-year experience and returned to Milan in October 2007 to join Leo Burnett Milan team as Account Executive. She remained there for over 8 years, gaining experience in the role and consolidating her skills on integrated communication platforms for international clients such as Samsung, Campari and Philip Morris International coordinating campaigns in Russia, Emirates, Japan, Korea and Italy of course.
In 2016, she landed in BBDO Milan. As Client Service Director she coordinated the teams working on clients such as Luxottica Group, Gruppo Mediobanca, Moleskine, Vodafone and Porsche Italia. Since January 2021 she also covered the role of New Business Director.
In 2022 she left BBDO to become Client Director in KIWI, a fast-growing digital communication agency. There she strengthens her know-how in the digital and management field, having the sole responsibility of the Account department.
At the end of 2022 she came back to BBDO Milan with the role of Head of Client Services and New Business Director working alongside the CEO and the ECDs in the agency business development.
