Niamh is the head of planning and behavioural science at Forsman & Bodenfors’ Dublin office. She began her career in strategy over a decade ago, and since then, her work has been defined by two paths. In the first, she has worked as a brand and communications strategist, helping brands to develop effective and award-winning campaigns that connect with consumers at scale. Her second area of expertise marries behavioural science with end-to-end creative and digital solutions. Here, she has a track record of helping brands with a deeper knowledge of heuristics and biases, crafting solutions that are creatively impactful and scientifically led.
Recently, Niamh worked as the strategic communications lead for Allianz Ireland’s charity partnership with Women’s Aid. This partnership won a slew of awards locally and internationally, most notably being the recipient of Ireland’s first-ever Grand Effie in 2023. She was also a 2021 recipient of Diageo’s Female Future Fund and acted as a judge for the New York Festivals effectiveness awards in 2022. Niamh also works as the lead mentor for Dublin’s Technological University MSc in Advertising and Creativity.
