Michał has over 16 years of industry experience and considers it a great privilege to have worked with top talent and assisted major brands like Nestlé and P&G on their media journeys during this time.
For the first 13 years of his career, Michał was with MediaCom, where he led CEE hubs for P&G and Pepco, managing operational work and client relationships across the region. In 2020, he joined IPG Mediabrands, and since 2022, he has been managing UM in Poland and the CEE region, developing relationships with regional clients, collaborating with UM local leaders in CEE markets, and supporting them in building long-term growth visions, expanding agency offerings, implementing innovative products and solutions, and strategically approaching new business opportunities.
He believes that curiosity is an invaluable trait for leaders, guiding his journey of exploration, growth, and innovative problem-solving. This philosophy shapes how he builds and leads teams, with a strong commitment to inspiring and nurturing the development of his team members.
During his three years at UM, Michał and his team have been recognized with 4 titles in the “Media Agency of the Year” reports by Media & Marketing Polska and Press. They have won nine EFFIE awards, elevated the agency’s position in rankings, and developed the largest international coordination team in Poland, responsible for regional hubs for clients like Dyson, KenVue, H&M, and Froneri.
