Karolina has been leading the marketing communication team at IKEA Poland for the past seven years. In this role, she is responsible for brand positioning, communication strategy, and campaigns across all channels.
Together with her team of digital experts, she manages the ikea.pl website and develops social media platforms, contributing to growth one of the largest e-commerce platforms in the home furnishing industry in Poland.
Prior to joining IKEA, Karolina spent eight years working with top brands in the food and beverages category, where she was responsible for portfolio development, brand management, and trade marketing solutions.
Karolina, with degrees in Psychology and Economics, is also passionate about art, which naturally fuels her interest in creative effectiveness.
Together with her team, she has led projects that received several Effie Awards, including the Grand Prix. Recently have been recognized with the Kantar Creative Effectiveness Award for one of the best TV ads of 2024 worldwide.
Karolina firmly believes that bold ideas, combined with strategic execution, yield outstanding business results. However, she recognizes that the most crucial factor is the power of collaborative teamwork, executed with respect for people and the planet.
