Vadym is associated marketing director working in Teva pharmaceuticals Ukraine. During his career in Teva he had an opportunity to lead OTC (over the counter) business in Ukraine, Poland and Middle East region towards sustainable growth. Prior joining Teva, Vadym worked in Unilever as category manager in Ukraine leveraging leadership of globally known brands such as Axe, Rexona, Dove and later as regional brand manager in Turkey covering MENA, TK and RUB regions working with household brand Cif.

Throughout his career, Vadym has been recognized 3-times with Effie Award and 3-times as member of best marketing team. In addition, multiple time was invited as Effie Ukraine jury.

Vadym holds master’s degree in marketing from State University of Trade and Economics in Ukraine. Also he is pursuing an MBA degree at Edinburg Business School. Outside of work, Vadim enjoys a variety of interests including running, cycling and being food connoisseur.
