In PZL agency since 2008 and in advertising for more than 20 years. He has been managing the agency since 2014, and before that, as Client Service Director, he supervised the service of all clients of the agency. He is responsible for the constant development of PZL, including expanding the portfolio of clients. He has extensive experience in successfully running many well-known brands on the Polish market, as evidenced by numerous awards in industry competitions: Effie Awards, KTR and others.

In addition to managing the PZL agency, he is currently also responsible for the development of the Buzzgrow agency, established in 2016 - an agency dealing with digital communication with an emphasis on influencers, content marketing, native advertising and social media.

A graduate of the Institute of Social Sciences at the University of Warsaw and Postgraduate Studies in Brand Management at the Warsaw School of Economics. A long-time juror of the Effie Awards and a member of the Effie Awards Organizing Committee
