Lukas Diem
Strategy Director - TBWA\Zurich
Lukas Diem serves as Strategy Director and member of the
management board at TBWA\ Zurich. Previously, he was Head of Strategy at Wunderman Thompson and Partner & Consultant Westhive.
In the course of his career, he has supported a variety of Swiss and international brands with brand- and communication strategies and was involved in the development of numerous successful campaigns. Current and former clients include McDonald’s, IKEA, Victorinox, Kaspersky, UBS, Credit Suisse, and Emmi Caffe Latte.
In addition to strategic client work, he is constantly looking to expand TBWA\ Zurich’s capabilities in cultural intelligence by developing, conducting and publishing proprietary research in the areas of consumer behaviour, cultural trends and consumer’s perception of emerging technologies such as Metaverse and artificial intelligence.
He holds degrees and diplomas in business and law from the Vienna University of Business and Economics and the University of Oxford.
