Alena has been employed at Tatra banka since 2015, initially joining as a senior brand manager for the Raiffeisen bank brand. Subsequently, she transitioned to the Internal Communication department, actively engaging in various exciting initiatives like the launch of the employer branding. As of July 2021, she assumed the role of Head of the marketing communication department of the Tatra banka brand dedicated to providing the best brand experience of most innovative bank in the CEE region.

Before her career in the bank, Alena held the position of Brand Building Manager (brands Dove, Dove Men, Signal) at Unilever Czech Republic and Slovakia, and also worked as a client service manager in a creative studio.

In addition to her corporate accomplishments, her dedication to academia has been a consistent element in her professional journey. In 2015, she successfully completed her PhD studies and continues to share her knowledge and expertise to the next generation of marketers.
