Rob leads the global digital marketing communication and consumer connections practice at Heineken®. He brings over 15 years of experience and expertise in developing impactful brand campaigns, dedicated multifunctional teams, strong agency partnerships and innovative operating models. Within the HEINEKEN company, Rob started in the Dutch OpCo and led several campaigns and brand activation initiatives for several brands there. In the global head office, he revised the approach for global sponsorships with regards to digital content & media, and after that moved on to lead all digital marketing for Heineken® worldwide. Prior to HEINEKEN, Rob learnt the fundamental brand management skills at PepsiCo. At HEINEKEN, Rob approaches all challenges with a creative mindset, a pragmatic approach, and a change management attitude all in order to drive brand growth. He’s a proud scholar for the IRG-100 ’24 program.
